PAIR OF NET DARNED SLEEVES FROM A VICTORIAN BLOUSE OR DRESS This pair of antique sleeves were once part of a Victorian blouse or dress. They are constructed of a netting material and are embellished with a handwork called darning. Net darning was very popular during the Victorian era. Overall measurements are quite large; On one, from shoulder to hem is 19" and from pit to hem is 15 1/2", while on the other the shoulder to hem is 18" and from pit to hem is 17". The difference in length is in the netting and due to the way they were removed. The measurement across the sleeve opening is 17" giving them, if opened at the seam, a lengthy 34" each with a full 12" from the hem to the top of the handwork design. Excellent condition and perfect to reuse or repurpose. $49.99 for the pair USPS First Class postage, including a tracking number, is FREE
